Add just $20 for each additional application for your relatives or friends that you include at the same time with your order.
For instance, if you hire us to prepare separate entry forms for 2 people, our fees are $55. $75 for 3, $95 for 4 and $115 for 5, etc. we accept money orders or checks from U.S. Banks Only.
This is how a family can maximize its changes of winning and how much we charge.
Say the family consists of father, mother and 3 children. The children are 22, 17 and 14 years of age. The father will have one application, and list his wife and 2 children under 21 year of age on his application. A separate application is prepared for the wife, which will list her husband and children under 21 years of age. The 22 and the 17 year-old can have their own separate applications as long as they have high school degrees. The 15 year-old cannot file a separate application because he has not high school degree. This family has 4 separate applications and the fee they will pay is $35 + $20 + $20 + $20 for a total of $95. They can also add separate applications for their other friends or relatives for only an additional $20 each.
